PRESS RELEASE: ACESO — The New Face of “I Am A Girl”
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

announce a new identity and renewed commitment to our mission of empowering women and girls in Eastern Uganda. With a fresh brand and expanded initiatives, ACESO aims to forge pathways, break barriers, and catalyze growth.
The name ACESO embodies the organization’s mission to mend societal wounds — inspired by the ancient deity Aceso who represented the process of healing. As ACESO, we are committed to addressing period poverty, reducing school dropout rates among girls, and uplifting our community through economic empowerment and health initiatives.
